This is a short introduction to the licence administration pages of Nubel.be. On these webpages organsitations and schools can administer their users.

1. Log-in

Fill in your email-adress and organisation password to enter the admin site.

2. Organisation Admin Screen

This screen gives an overview of all the users and access to all the functions you can perform.

  1. Change your organisation settings
  2. Add users
  3. Modify users
  4. Renew user accounts after the one year licence period has expired
  5. Delete old user accounts
  6. Logout

3. Add Users

To add a new user, click on the "add new" link on the main screen. Complete the form and click on the "add new" button.

Do not forget to check the "enabled" checkbox on the bottom to give the user access to the Nubel Foodplanner.

When the user is created, he/she has immidiate access via the login panel on the pages of nubel.be

4. Edit Users

To edit a user click on the "modify" link after the users name. To prevent licence fraud it is not possible to change email, password and the registration date.

You can deny and grant access to the foodplanner via the "enabled" checkbox. After you have made changes, always click the "edit item" button at the bottom of the page.

5. Renew Users Accounts

When a user licence is expired, you can renew the licence for one year by clicking on the "renew" link after the users name.

The renew link is only visible for expired user accounts.

6. Delete User Accounts

You can clean-up your administration by deleting old users that need no renewal anymore.

A warning dialog will appear after you have clicked the "delete" link.
